2025 Meeting Schedule

Monthly meetings of the Board of Trustees are held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, as follows:

January 15            July 16

February 19          August 20

March 19                September 17

April 16                    October 15

May 21                     November 19

June 18                   December (no meeting)

Monthly meetings shall normally be conducted in the first-floor meeting room in the Campton Township Community Center 5N082 Old La Fox Road, Campton Hills, IL 60175.  Attendance by members of the public is always welcome and a portion of each meeting shall allow for public comment.  Members of the public may also submit a comment by electronic message or by U.S. Mail with such comment to be publicly recited at the next meeting after receipt.

In the interest of promoting public health and safety, monthly meetings may, from time to time, need to be conducted remotely through Microsoft Teams.  A remotely conducted meeting will be noted as such on the monthly agenda that is posted.  Members of the public shall be provided audio access to monitor remote meetings via telephone with dial-in instructions provided at the bottom of each remote meeting agenda.  Remote meetings shall be recorded and all action taken shall be by a roll call vote.

A meeting agenda is posted each month, at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, at:  Campton Township Community Center, Campton Township Supervisor office (Lily Lake), CTSWDD facebook page, and the Agendas & Minutes page of this website.
