Brush Removal Program

Bundled brush or twigs cannot be collected by commercial waste haulers here because of a quarantine issued by the Illinois Department of Agriculture. This is due to the infestation of the emerald ash borer beetle in Campton Township. However, brush that is bundled in accordance with the Highway Department guidelines (see below) is collected twice a year free of charge by Campton Township.

The Campton Township Highway District offers brush pick-up as a service to township residents. It collects brush according to an announced schedule each year.
